::I’ve eaten at many Gordon Ramsay restaurants and the food is of the same calibre. Outstanding food and exceptional service. We had the Buratta tomato salad, Mahi pokè bowl and Steak tartar for lunch.

::What a wonderful gem of a hotel and restaurant at the Grand-Case in St. Martin. Very good location at the Boulevard. 8 beautiful and cozy rooms with beach view. Staff extremely friendly, albeit professional. Food is delicious, especially breakfast , great drinks. Beach in front of the hotel is been taken clean with great care. All in all a strong recommendation, can't wait to be back Thank you all for the phantasmic 4 days, could not be better !

::Just INCREDIBLE and breathtaking. My wife and I came here 100% by fluke after just doing some quick research about SXM. Don't listen to any of the 1 star review/comments, they either hate their life or in a SUPER rare situation. This hotel (which I am still here at this very moment typing this review) is absolutley AMAZING. Staff is so friendly, reception answered all our questions, the rooms are clean, beds are amazing, resto is incredible and the beach is breath taking. The beach service is FIRST CLASS. Boutique hotels on this island are the way to go...we are so happy we found this HIDDEN GEM OF SXM.....we cant wait to come back and we havent even LEFT YET.... Thank you LTC staf for making a forever client. Cheers.

::Heavenly place! Haven’t stayed at the hotel but the restaurant and the beach club are both marvellous. Perfect service, pleasant accommodating staff. Excellent menu and a beautiful interior design. A little gem of SXM
