::Wonderful genuine local food experience buried in the midst of the tourist strip. Our friendly bartender, Louie, danced to reggae while making our guavaberry coladas, and the conch fritters with fresh salsa were hands down one of the best bites we had on our trip. Not super speedy, since the cooking staff is one lovely girl making everything from scratch to order, but half the fun was sitting down and chatting with the bartender and his father. Great shady, happy, yummy way to break up our day.
