::Renting a Jeep and exploring the island was the best decision! However, when we returned home from the Island, there was a mix up, and we were charged a second time to our credit card. After calling the 1(800) number, the customer service rep, Dave, refunded us the money without hesitation. I cannot brag enough about how helpful and kind Dave was to me over the phone.

::We rented a compact car for 5 days. I was thoroughly impressed and delightfully surprised at the professional, timely and personal customer service of the employees at Coastal. They corresponded with me as I needed, I was listened to, and respected. Each employee thoughtfully took care of every aspect of the rental, including drop off and pick up of the car. The ower herself personally drove us to the airport on our last day in St Maarten. I would absolutely use their service again and recommmed them to all who visit the island.

::We rented from Coastal at the port when we arrived on the Adventure of the Seas. We found them to be conveniently located as you got off the ship, very friendly staff and the intermediate size car to be in excellent condition. We did opt for the GPS based on other recommendations. It was very helpful, but we did experience the "Home" had been reset to another part of the island and the voice prompts had been reprogrammed by other renters to be super annoying and we eventually just muted it. Still having a map is not a bad idea. We drove the entire island stopping at some of the amazing beaches along the way. Overall we were happy with the way it all worked out and would rent from them again.
