  There is no serviceability for products such as Canon printers and the person i spoke to had zero idea where the individual can bring the Canon printer to see what is wrong, they can only offer for HP. So it is strongly adviced NOT to purchase any Canon printer as there is no serviceability!!

  Blue point can be hit and miss. They've gotten better over the years having more reasonable priced options. But if you need an HDMI cable or most little things, you're better off ordering online if you can wait, they still suffer from the small electronics retailer problems like lack of options for specific cables (such as mini hdmi to hdmi) and their mark up is noticeable. Otherwise they do a good job providing a reasonable selection of products and you can usually get what you need here in a pinch. Do try to haggle on larger products though, sometimes you can knock 5 or 10% off (totally depending on the product though, some things don't have much of a markup and cost of shipping is very real for all local dealers).
