  All units are 2 bedroom units. Beautiful views in either direction. We stayed in a upper balcony again which gives us more privacy. It's been 6 weeks since they open. there was a little bit of an issue with the air conditioning unit, but they immediately came to work on it. Very friendly staff that we recognize from the last stay. Small convenience store located on property.

  St maarten is gorgeous. The staff are mostly very sweet. Weird beach towel limit. Bar staff hilarious. Dated, well-kept interiors; very clean though, which is more important than being updated. 10/10 would buy a time share or just plain move here.

  The best memories! Our family went every year for Thanksgiving for years! Loved seeing the same staff and people every year

  It has a beautiful setting, friendly staff and nice size rooms. Everything was clean and orderly. They has a nice little restaurant and bar. The food was good, and the prices are fair.
