::Just had a great walk in hair cut at Xperts. Eyup took me right away, everyone was pleasant and he did a great cut on my somewhat difficult hair. He also makes his own natural hair products.

::Disappointed. I decided to go to Xperts after reading the forum on Trip advisor. Voted best in the island for several years??? My appointment was at 10:30 and my first impression was dirty, please take a note of the amount of dust building up on your power outlets, skirting boards... And they have their staff on the phones or Ipads all day. I had several treatments, it is interesting that on their web site they have the prices of the spa treatments but not the hair... The massage was good, Angie is a lovely therapist, however once again... the cabin that they use for massage is dirty, i put my head into the hole and saw a big bunch of hair... And the waxing equipment, yuck. When it came to my hair, the cut was good, but the colour... I showed him a picture of what i wanted, a chocolate base, with some ombre highlights. The first result, he put so many highlights that I was blonde! I was horrified, and HE said I think it´s OK. I asked him to do something, he looked at the picture and says to me, I am confuse because on the picture the lady has curls, WHAT? They darkened the highlights, and it looked better than the first time, but nothing to do with what i wanted. At that moment, at 3 o´clock I was hungry and just wanted to get out of there. They charged me 290 USD just for the hair!! I had my treatment yesterday, and I couldn´t hold myself without writing a review because I really don´t like looking at the mirror. I can´t afford going to another hairdresser now. After going to "The Best Hair Salon on the Island" I have to go to the supermarket and buy myself a box of hair colour.... I DON´T RECOMMEND IT.
