::We are way overdue in submitting this review. We've been visiting Ray's since 2007. We always find unique and excellent quality items. We upgraded my wedding ring after 15 years and Neal remained very patient with me and created the ring I wanted. That ring apprised for more than double back in the states. Neal is very honest and not pushy. He and the whole staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

::Bought setting for my 1 carat diamond. Had to have it reset immediately when i got home stone was loose. Have emailed with a question regarding the designers name no response. I am having to pay addl $200 to have my stone reset. BEWARE if you have a stone set there.
